Mission: Nobel International University - the formation and development of competitive human capital based on the creation of a unique scientific and educational center for Central Asia and the implementation of innovative services and developments, taking into account the development prospects of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Purpose: the creation and development of the University is to provide innovative scientific and personnel support for the socio-economic development of Kyrgyzstan by creating a system of continuous professional education and the development of research and production activities.
Tasks: 
- Organization of interaction and functioning of subjects of innovation
                activity in the system “Education-Science-Business”;
                
 - Establishment of interaction between science and business. Realization of the possibility of
                translating the results of the work of scientists in technology and bringing them to samples that are
                ready for mass production. Commercialization of scientific research;
                
 - Increase in the number of foreign students for Nobel International University;
                
 - Increasing the prestige of science and its contribution to the development of the economy of
                Kyrgyzstan.
                
            
Organizational structure:
Nobel International University will be formed on the basis
                of the creation of the scientific and educational cluster “Kindergarten - Secondary School - Higher
                Education Institution - Business”.
                On the territory of 3 hectares there will be departments, laboratories, pilot production and design
                offices, a Center for Distance Online Education, where all conditions will be created for teachers and
                scientists. Also, University and sociocultural sites will be located here: museum spaces, a fundamental
                library (Intellectual Center), concert halls and a sports complex accessible to all residents of the
                satellite town and the capital.
                
            
Infrastructure : 
The Science and Technology Valley will be an open area integrated
                into the urban environment. Significant areas in the new project are allocated for Laboratories and
                Research Centers. On campus, it is planned to erect facilities in which interdisciplinary research,
                innovation and educational clusters will be located.
                Also in the Valley will be an open communication platform with a museum space transformed by a
                multifunctional hall, conference halls, sports and recreation facilities. In addition to Science Centers
                in the Valley, a school for talented children and Children's TechnoPark - Quantium will be opened.
                
                Business Incubators and representatives of the world's largest investors will be located in the valley.
                It is planned to open centers for so-called translational research, which will be engaged in translating
                the achievements of fundamental science into a language that is understandable for business and the
                commercialization of discoveries.
                At the same time, on the territory it is planned to place residential real estate. It’s a housing for
                teachers, professors, students and graduate students and guests of the University.
                The movement of ground public transport will be organized, a network of pedestrian, bicycle, highways
                will be created. Logistics on campus involves the use of modern urban principles that embed the urban
                environment in the natural landscape.
                The complex project includes extensive landscaping zones. A special system of natural plantings from the
                collection of protected plants of the botanical garden under the National Academy of Sciences of the
                Kyrgyz Republic has been developed.

- a Cluster of nanotechnology and new materials with a separate service of "clean" rooms, a
                laboratory to create nanomachine;
                
- a Cluster of Information Technology (TechnoPark), mathematical modeling and high-performance
                computing;
                
- a Cluster of Robotics, special purpose technologies and machine engineering, energy saving
                technologies and efficient energy storage;
                
- a Cluster of Modern medicine with the creation of the Proton Therapy of oncological diseases and
                Rehabilitation Centers;
                
- a Cluster of Modern agricultural production;
                
- a Cluster of Earth sciences and environmental projects specializing in the study and use of land
                resources;
                
- a Cluster of Interdisciplinary humanitarian studies, cognitive sciences. His task will be
                scientific expertise and popularization of science. Philosophers, political scientists, psychologists,
                journalists, sociologists and lawyers will be engaged in this direction;
                
- a Cluster – Smart City.
        
    
Science and Technology Valley - project of an innovative research and educational complex on the basis of the campus of Nobel International University. The basis of the project of the Scientific and Technological Valley of Nobel International University is eight scientific directions, each of which is supposed to be separated into a separate cluster. The main objective of the project is the development and implementation of technologies demanded by the business, as well as the retention and involvement of highly qualified specialists.
